EMILY’S Story

Since beginning my real estate career in 2017, I’ve built my business around one simple belief: every client deserves honest guidance, thoughtful communication, and exceptional service. I know that no two clients, homes, or situations are exactly alike, so I take the time to understand what’s most important to each person and build a strategy around their unique goals.

I’m always looking for creative ways to solve problems, improve the client experience, and make what can feel like an overwhelming process a little easier. Whether you’re buying your first home, selling your tenth, or navigating both at the same time, my goal is to help you feel informed, confident, and supported every step of the way.

As my business grew, so did my vision for what the client experience could be. Building a collaborative team, and eventually opening our own independent brokerage, was never about getting bigger. It was about creating the ability to continually raise the bar, invest in the best systems and technology, and deliver a proactive, personalized experience filled with thoughtful details that most people simply don’t expect from a real estate brokerage. Every decision we make is driven by one question: What’s best for our clients?

One of the most rewarding parts of my career has been seeing others succeed. Whether it’s helping clients achieve their real estate goals or mentoring our team as they build confidence and grow in their careers, I believe success is best when it’s shared.

When I’m not helping clients, you’ll usually find me cheering from the sidelines at one of my kids’ games, spending time outdoors with my husband and children, or supporting the people and businesses that make Mid-Missouri such a wonderful place to call home.
