Emily and her team were amazing - continuously going above and beyond to help my buy in Columbia. I was selling a house in Florida and moving here and Emily worked with me to find a match on what I was looking for, she worked with the owners and other realtors involved to get me a great deal. Her team also worked with my realtor in Florida to coordinate closings. Emily even stopped by the place I was buying to check on the sellers and make sure everything was on track. The closings happened two days apart and the only hitches were totally on my side (delay on closing in FL, and delay in moving trucks arriving). Would highly recommend Emily and her team to anyone looking to buy in the Columbia, MO area.
