Taylor’s Story

I’ve been around houses and construction for as long as I can remember. My dad is a builder, so growing up, conversations about floor plans, construction, and what makes a home well built were just part of life. I got my real estate license in 2023, but in a lot of ways, homes have been part of my world much longer than that. Now my husband and I are involved in the building world ourselves, and I love getting to bring that background and perspective to my clients.

New construction will always be something I especially love, but I work with buyers and sellers across Central Missouri in homes of every age, size, and style. For me, real estate is really about getting to know people. I’m the person who remembers the little details you told me three showings ago, and I want to understand how your family actually lives. Do you need a fenced yard for the dogs? A playroom you can keep an eye on from the kitchen? Space for everyone to spread out? Those things matter just as much as the number of bedrooms on the listing.

Columbia has always been home for me. I grew up here, graduated from Battle High School and Mizzou, and I love getting to help people put down roots in a community I know so well. I’m also a big believer that buying or selling a home doesn’t have to feel serious every second of the day. There are big decisions to make, absolutely, but we can still have some fun along the way.

When I’m not talking houses, there’s a good chance I’m watching football, trying a local restaurant, or hanging out with my husband and our two Labs, a chocolate Lab and a black Lab who are very much the center of our world. I’m always up for a good meal, a good latte, and getting to know new people, which, conveniently, are three things that pair pretty well with real estate.
